Service agreements
For all the EasyGate products professional service agreements can be acquired.
With such a contract, you are entitled to support on your system for a fixed yearly amount. Service agreements are also available through our official partners.
Basic service agreement:
A Basic service agreement offers the following services:
- Helpdesk support
- Remote support
- Software support
Additional support possibilities (when the EasyGate has been bought including hardware):
- Blacklist Update Service
- Silver Monitoring
- Gold Monitoring
