When you install the EasyGate server software directly from cd, please look at the Quick Installation Guide.

When you install the exchange4linux Outlook connector with Outlook 2000, 2003 or XP, please look at the Installation Guide (HTML version).

If you had installed an older version of bill or exchange4linux, please read the HOWTO for mapisvc.inf.
